Mr. Paul Anderson came out to perform a mold remediation assessment. He recommended an independent mold inspection/testing to be done before and after the work his company would do. He was prompt, professional and thorough. The price quoted to us was expressed as "firm" not an estimate. The price was fair, and we are pleased with the assessment. No work has been contracted yet, but we would use this company when we have funds to go forward.

Analysis of work was based on a detailed examination of basement and was more thorough then two other estimates. Baseboards were pulled and inspected for mold then reinstalled. Ceiling joists were inspected as well. We were left with a resume of each principle and a history of work accomplished which other companies did not provide. Principals technical experience and education focused on mold remediation, and air quality. Six employees were dispatched, arrived on time and completed the scope of work as estimated. The basement was completed in one day as promised.

The rep came in for the estimate and told me how to clean up the couple spots of mold he saw.

Work performed quickly and cleanly. Tarp was laid on floor, inside door was sealed. Everything looked like it was done right. Would be hard for me to tell if it weren't as I am not familiar with the process they use.

Great. Nice to have someone come out and give you honest advice. He could have told me it was a lot of money to fix, and we would have hired them. Hopefully we'll never have a serious problem, but I'd use them if we did.

Chay sent a team of four people to remove the mold. They cleaned for most of the day and even removed contaminated installation. After five hours of cleaning they treated all of the surface area to help prevent the mold from returning.
