We at Green Side Up possess the industry knowledge of the larger corporations while still providing the friendly, customized service of a family owned and operated Southern New Jersey lawn care service company. Green Side Up’s lawn care program consists of 6 applications including fertilization, weed controls and the diagnosis of disease and insect activity. It is Green Side Up’s philosophy that fertilization and weed control are a necessity in all lawn care programs. Disease and insect control may or may not be necessary for each individual property. Therefore the diagnosis of disease and insect activity is part of your basic program, we will detail treatment options depending on the severity and time of season activity occurs.

Great experience - came on time and re-seeded and treated my whole lawn. Very nice guys and knowlegeable about their trade so I hired them to do additional fertilizing both this year and next. Having had a dead lawn that I thought would need to be re-sodded, I now have nice green grass coming in and am very happy with this purchase!!
I reached out to Russ to make sure it didn't happen again. Was assured that it wouldn't happen again. Came home on 6/20 to find a burnt streak between my curb and sidewalk. I contacted Russ and he insisted that the service did not burn my grass because they used slow release fertilizer. I sent a picture to show him and he has completely ignored my email. This company lacks customer service skills.
"I would like to comment on the statement that we have burned her grass twice. The two applications that were applied are slow release fertilizer that do not instantly activate and burn the lawn. She contacted us both times within a day and said that the lawn was burnt. When she contacted us via email we responded and came to inspect her lawn immediately both times. The area that she had concerns about each time is the area between the sidewalk and the street where a lot of activity can occur. We inspected the other lawns the technician completed on the same days and no other lawn had any issues. Unfortunately, the area between the sidewalks and the street can be open to many perils not associated with fertilization; heat from the street, dog urine, etc. The statement that her email was completely ignored is not true. We have the documentation that we received all of her emails and every one was responded to. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we respond to all customers that contact us. We are a good, honest family owned company that stands behind our products and services as evidenced by the many positive remarks that we have received. We sincerely appreciate the business from this customer but it is unfortunate that she was not satisfied with our response."
