It is unknown if ChristianConner has anything to do with this company , the previous review I posted about not being paid for services I rendered to Christian had absolutely nothing to do with this company after doing some research and conversing with Christian conner , I was paid for services, I am writing this review due to the Angi website for some reason not navigating the removal process of the prior negative review ! Filan and conner plumbing is a a+ company and was not involved with this service .

I have used them for minor plumbing issues and major (new HVAC) and always am completely satisfied I am planning on remodeling 3 bathrooms and will trust no one else .

I hired Filan & Conner to replace my old whole house air conditioner. They offered a Rheem 4-ton AC with a coil. I accepted it and they installed it on schedule. After its completion I waited a day and then turned on the system and the system was slower than my old system. SO I went to the basement to check the system. I found a number of places where the system was leaking air even from the new coil itself. The new coil they installed is smaller (I was not aware) but they did not change or put a converter to fit it to the old ductwork. They just added copious amount of silicon to connect the two. It looked like a DIY job (pictures attached) and was also causing several leaks. This is a really poor job.

Nick from.Finlan and Conner came today. I like the response time. Nick was knowledble courteous and very noce. I definitely recommend Films and Conner

It was a pleasure to work with this company. Good job, good price! The process went smooth from the honest straightforward Tony giving me the estimate to Nick with the 3 man team that showed up to do the work. Despite the pouring rain they got the job done well. Thanks so much!

Exellent job! They come prepared - always answer the phone, and are very knowledgebale.

Have used them for 25 years for a variety of plumbing services. Always receive first rate service. Today I discovered my disposal was leaking. I called Filan and Conner and they had a plumber out to my house within two hours. Kyle was the plumber who replaced my disposal. Work took less than one hour. Price was reasonable and received a senior discount. Kyle was friendly and professional and answered any question I had. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.

From the quote stage to assistance with SJ Gas paperwork/loan through the installation and talking us through operating the system they did an outstanding job and we would recommend very highly. I thought Tony was great ! And why I choose F/C originally. But the 3 installers were just terrific. Nick/Patrick and (sorry - forgot the 3rd gentleman's name) did an outstanding job from removing my old equipment to unpacking and installing the new equipment. Bravo and well done !! My boiler system failed on the coldest day of the year - for the 5th time in 4 years - and left my family and me without heat and hot water. The Filan & Conner staff were professional and sympathetic to my situation - from the owner, to the office staff, to the technicians. The sales manager did not pressure me in any way, and gave me several options to restore my heat and hot water. Untimely, I decided to replace the whole system, and was given one final price, which did not get adjusted up as the work was being done. The quote they gave me was $2K lower than the next estimate I was given, and less than half of the last one. The work was done when promised, even though a part shipped late and delayed the start of the job. The installation crew arrived around 3 and were at my home until 10PM to be certain my heat and hot water were restored. Now I have a 10 year warranty, but I know if I ever need to use it, Filan & Conner will take excellent care of me!

Promptly replied to my request for appointment and estimate. Estimate listed several options that were well presented and explained. Price was very competitive versus other estimates I received for comparable systems and included a complete list of all work to be performed. Job was scheduled and work performed professionally and the crew left the area cleaner than when they started. Will recommend to anyone who asks for a reference for this type of work

They were great and very knowledgeable.

Charged me $300 to snake the drain and cut in a $15 Fernco fitting. Took no more than an hour. Absolute crooks

Filan & Conner did an amazing job installing my new HVAC system. I can't say enough about how professional the installers were and how they beat the prices of everyone else that gave me an estimate. Brian, the owner, is very professional and made sure everything went perfectly. I will definitely be using them again for some upcoming plumbing work!

Tony and TJ were very professional and worked together as a great team. Melissa who scheduled the appt. was so helpful and pleasant!

This review is for Brian who did the work. He rebuilt the leaky hose bib instead of replacing, which saved a little money—others said it would be too hard. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing and answered several questions on other issues in my home. He did not rush through the job and did nice work. There was no collateral damage to the work areas. Overall a very good experience.

Went well. Took a bit of time to schedule the job, mostly because Filan and Conner needed to hire subcontractors to trench, but once the job started, was finished much more quickly than expected. Everyone who works there is professional and courteous.

Superior Service!! We originally thought we needed just a chimney liner, but the installers found that, because of water leaks from a faulty liner, rust had compromised the furnace and it had to be replaced. They showed me the damage the rust had caused and explained the danger. An estimate was provided by Nick and he indicated when they would be available to install. We decided to get 2 more estimates. We went with Filan & Conner. Their estimate was timely and reasonable. On installation day they arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. and went right to work removing the old furnace and installing the new. By that afternoon we had HEAT! They were unable to install the chimney liner that day as it was raining and working on the roof would be too dangerous. A few days later they returned to install the liner. I want to personally thank the 3 gentlemen, Joe, Mike and Tom who did the work. Usually when we have had workmen in the house doing repairs, the language can be a little "blue" and there is usually some bickering. These men worked well together and there was no rough language coming through to the upper level. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The area was clean with no debris left behind and everything buttoned down. My nephew installed a water heater the next week and was quite impressed with the installation and how the area was left. I would/will hardily recommend this company to anyone we know needing plumbing, HVAC or Bathroom remodeling.

Bob called 20 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. Fuacet we had bought didn't fit. Bob recommended a plumbing supply to get another faucet- I picked it up and Bob installed. Very pleased with process.

Although is small misunderstanding the first day, the second day the work was performed perfectly.
