They were supposed to be finished in 1 week to 10 days. He has had numerous problems. Happily I finally got the chairs and draperies last month and the work was excellent. I would use him again but not give such a big deposit.

Rapid response to call and to come for an estimate. Delayed period for repair, poor communication at the end due to "personal events".

On Monday morning Victor called to confirm our appointment. He showed up a little late, but kept in touch about it. He patiently explained what had to be done and worked with me and the fabrics that I already had. I gave him a deposit, and he took the furniture to his shop. On Saturday he called to say all was finished except the one chair that he needed to order caning for. He dropped everything off and I paid him the balance, minus $200 (I'll pay the rest when I get the last chair). I was very impressed with his speed and workmanship. And the price can't be beat!
