Cronin Plumbing and Heating

This is the second time we've hired Cronin Plumbing and are super happy. Easy communication, punctual, excellent work. We kept running out of hot water trying to fill up our bathtub and instead of installing a new larger hot water tank, Pat suggested installing a mixing valve which saved us a thousand $$.

Pat and his team were amazing to work with, I cannot recommend them enough. Our heating system was extremely old and kicking off on its own. When I reached out to Pat he got back to me immediately and came in person within a couple hours to check the system amid safety concerns. We needed our entire system replaced (and had to keep the heat off until it was done). Pat was able to provide a quote and step up an installation appointment promptly. When Pat's team came in, they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. My husband and I were able to continue to work while they were here no problem. They provided in-depth detail about their work and our new system. And despite requiring a lot of pieces and tools to execute the project, their clean up was so extensive it was as though they were never there (excluding the amazing installation of a much smaller and more efficient heating system). I would 100% work with Pat and his team again.

Pat was great! He figured out the leak and referred us to someone (who was also good) who could fix the problem since it was not actually from a pipe. Plus fixed the faucet. He was informative and quick. Will def hire again!

Amazing! I was having low hot water pressure coming from the bathrooms so I called Cronin to have a look. First of all, Pat and his team were extremely responsive when I reached out. They came over, inspected, estimated it would take up to 4 hours to fix the issue, gave me a very reasonable quote, and we set up a later day for the fix. So far so good - communication was easy and the team was very professional. On the day of job, they found the problem was more easily addressable than anticipated and Pat ended up charging me half of the original quote. To find such a reliable and trustworthy team like Cronin is rare. I would recommend them to anyone with extreme confidence!

We have now hired Pat & Pat for a few jobs and they have been excellent to work with. The first job was a major rerouting of plumbing lines to accommodate a washer and dryer in a new location. The Cronin's did a great job working with me to get the work done in a timely manner with no hassles and no surprises. They were flexible with dealing with some schedule changes caused by the inspector. The work passed inspection with flying colors! Most recently, we had a worn out kitchen sink drain that prevented us from using the sink. The Cronin's responded within hours of our inquiry and appeared first thing the next day to get the job done. I have complete confidence in their work and appreciate their attitude and responsiveness.

Cronin Plumbing did all of the plumbing for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had them repair one of our toilets. They are amazing! Very professional, reliable and always available to take a phone call. I highly recommend Cronin!!

Pat and team were not only able to fix the issue, but were highly communicative and responsive during the process. What I love most about working with Cronin Plumbing is how punctual they are. For anyone that has ever tried scheduling a contractor, plumber, electrician etc.... schedules are not typically much priority. Cronin Plumbing is very different, and are a true pleasure to work with!

Working with Cronin was an amazing experience. The team was extremely professional, communicative and efficient. They worked with us on the hottest day of the year installing our A/C unit, connecting a water line to our fridge ice maker, straightening out a waste pipe, installing a new hot water heater and fixing some minor plumbing work that had been done incorrectly by the previous owner of the house. While they were here, they were so careful to make sure that everything was done correctly, to our liking and that they didn't mess up anything in the house. They made great recommendations for products that we needed and provided everything at an affordable cost. They were done by the early afternoon and they came back three weeks later to check on the work that was done and make sure that everything was working perfectly. We're new homeowners and we will be working with Cronin for everything plumbing and HVAC related going forward, they're AMAZING.

Super quick response and communication was excellent. They offered to come out the same day but I was unavailable. I was the first appointment the next morning. They did some troubleshooting, returned with the part in 30 minutes and problem fixed. Pat Sr. and Pat Jr. were extremely nice and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Was having kitchen counter remodeled and naively didn't know I needed a plumber to remove and reinstall sink. Cronin answered my call and was spot on the job on short notice. They also replaced my faucets and did a great job of informing me of the nuances of the work being performed.

We recently bought a small condo in Hoboken, and the first order of business was to replace the boiler, which was about ready to disintegrate. After getting a ridiculously high estimate from PSEG, I called Cronin on the recommendation of my home inspector. I was amazed at how responsive they were (not always the case with contractors around here!). Not only did they take the time to carefully re-do the plumbing, which was kind of a mess, but they were unfailingly professional and polite...AND the cost was literally thousands of dollars less than what PSEG wanted to charge. I will never use another plumber!

Pat was recommended by friends of ours and responded promptly to our initial call. He and his assistant came when they said they would and quickly and skillfully addressed the issues. When a part we supplied did not work properly, he returned and replaced it with the correct part without further charge. His communication was excellent and we would highly recommend him and use him again.

Cronin is perhaps the best contractor I have worked with - miraculously responsive on even my small jobs. And I hear from a local top-end contractor that Cronin is his preferred plumber for full renovations.

The work was part of a complete remodel of an apartment. Not only was the plumbing work done perfectly, but he was able to work around other contractors on the job with minimal disruption. This contractor has years of experience and has also kept up with new and modern techniques. He is 100 % honest and his prices are fair.
