I don't remember their price, but I just remember that their prices were lower than 4 other Subaru dealerships. I have nothing against Subaru and will likely drive a Subaru forever.

We prepaid on all of the maintenance. I would use them again and I am contractually obligated to. Actually, I would use them a while because if you prepay the regular maintenance for $500. It's like $600 bucks for all of the oil changes and tire rotations for the 3 years, they give you coupon for $500 for your next car and we were like, "well, we were going to get another one anyway". It takes maybe an hour to complete the service. The waiting area was very comfy. It was like me and like 3 other people with babies. There was definitely coffee and TV. My communication with the service people is great.

I took my 2006 Impreza Outback Sport to Wayne Subaru because the cruise control light was permanently on and the engine gauge showed the engine as overheating even though the car itself did not appear to be having an issue.  I was told it would cost $3200 to replace the head gasket and that the car would be running great once this was done.  Two weeks after the repairs my cruise control light came on again and the engine gauge showed as overheating.  I took it back to Wayne Subaru who advised this was a completely new issue and nothing at all to do with the previous complaint with the car.  They charged another $500 for these repairs.  About three weeks later my car broke down as I drove home from work.  I had it towed to Wayne Subaru who said they didn't really know what was wrong but that it would cost at least $1600-$1800 to do any work on it.  I asked why I had paid $4000 for a car that was now not running.  As soon as I complained, all communication was ended.  Wayne Subaru did not want to know me.  I spoke with a Sales Person who advised he would pass my concern to the owner, I wrote a letter to the owner and reached out several time by telephone but received nothing in response.

After 6 weeks of no communication I reached out to Subaru Corporate in Cherry Hill, NJ.  One of the first pieces of advice they gave was to move my car out of Wayne Subaru and have it taken to Ramsey Subaru.  This was great advice as at least Ramsey Subaru were responsive.  Ramsey Subaru mechanics checked my car over and said further repairs would be pointless.  They said my car had so much work done to the engine that it would never run properly.  In the process of having the car towed to various places other mechanics looked at the car and advised I'd been completely screwed by Wayne Subaru.

We're six months on from my complaint and the owner of Wayne Subaru has yet to contact me with any kind of response.

I did contact a lawyer and while that option is not yet dead the cost of raising an action against a dealer is expensive and may prove inadvisable.

Wayne Subaru, like most dealerships, are great when you are paying them money and bringing them more paid work.  The second you raise a complaint you are completely dead to them.

I would advise avoiding this place at all costs.  They are expensive, have horrific customer service, and treat customers as little more than a payment service.  Go to Ramsey Subaru if you need service - it might still be pricey but at least you'll get good service.

They were ok. They fixed the problem. The fixed the problem in a timely manner. The price seems a little steep but I guess auto repairs are. The fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. It was about $900. They seems reasonable, courteous. They fixed it in a day, which seems reasonable. It was generally positive experience.

Salesman and staff were attentive and helpful. Pricing was close to MSRP. This dealership was easy to work with - unlike others, closer to my home.

After a horrendous experience at Subaru World in Newton, in which they tried to add add'l charges at the last minute, I called 6 other dealers, asking to speak to a manager, and then told them I wanted to negotiate a price by phone. I told them about the previous bad-faith deal and said I wanted them to give me their best price for the car I wanted based on the AAA and Consumer Reports quotes I had. Sales Manager Joe was polite, professional, and played no games. After we agreed on price, he referred me to sales rep Ken who was also polite and professional. They put the agreement in writing and stuck to it when I arrived to buy the car. They weren't able to install 2 of the options I wanted on that date, but did so when I came back to pick up the license plates. The wait times I was given for both dates were completely on target. This is my 5th car but this is the 1st dealer that ever did both a thank-you card for my business plus a follow-up email and call to see if I was happy with the car. There were only 2 downsides. The financing rep, though polite, kept saying he had to hurry because their were other customers who also needed to do papers, and I didn't think that was appropriate or the best business practice. The 2nd (a minor one) was that the sales rep told me the alarm didn't have passive arming, but when I got home, I read in the owners' manual that it did but had to be programmed, which I asked them to do when I returned for the plates.
You always wonder if you could've gotten a better price, but I was impressed by the overall courtesy and professionalism of the staff at Wayne Subaru, so much so that I've already told a friend considering a new car to go there.
