VK & Sons Inc

I had the exterior of my house professionally washed, carpentry repairs addressed, and painted during the summer of 2021. This expensive job was completed successfully and was 100% paid in full. While the exterior house painting was being done, I had V.K. & Sons Inc. order me a new Anderson sliding glass door and Pella window. Both items took approximately 3 months to arrive, were installed on separate days, and were 100% paid in full. According to both V.K. & Sons "owner" and "carpenter/employee", final caulking and painting of these two items were deliberately omitted due to cold temperatures. I was "promised" that once the weather became warmer, workers would return to complete the two jobs. This never happened, and I was left with no option except to hire and pay another reputable carpentry/painting contractor to complete the already paid for unfinished work. In addition, a scheduled winter house interior paint job of which I had given deposits in November and December 2021 was completely forgotten about. I had been told by the "owner" that the job would be scheduled sometime in January 2022. I patiently waited almost 90 days from when I had given the deposits to V.K. & Sons Inc. and finally tired of waiting cancelled the job via e-mail in March 2022. I requested, and did receive back promptly the deposits that had been given to V.K. & Sons Inc. for this particular job, but was told "good riddance" by the "owner" in an e-mail dated March 18, 2022. As an excellent, as well as a repeat customer who always paid V.K. & Sons Inc. promptly and on time I really expected far better service than what I received. I am disappointed in this outcome since V.K. & Sons Inc. had done a nice job on the exterior of my house, and I was prepared to give them additional jobs. I had no "issues" with any of their employees who were personable and professional. If I was a delinquent and/or a non-paying customer I could understand V.K &Sons Inc. not wanting my business, but that is absolutely not the case with what unfortunately happened here. Although my interior job was delayed because of what occurred, it has now been completed to my satisfaction by a different reputable carpentry/painting contractor who values their customers.

These are amazing painters. I was asked if I knew a good painter; instead, I said I knew a great painter. VK & Sons are punctual, helpful, neat, and their painting skills are perfect. When the rooms are painted, the walls are free of nail heads, cracks, and imperfections. The paint on the walls is even and smooth. I highly recommend these painters. I have been using them for many years because of the quality of their work, their courteousness, and helpfulness.

It went great! I had 2 large openings in my family room ceiling where I previously  had sky  lights.
VK & SONS, INC. came and gave me a price and explained what needed to be done.
When I hired them, they gave me a start day and time. They showed up on time everyday and left my house very neat before they left.
Their employees were very nice as well as professional. They did a wonderful job. I also  had no problem with leaving my house everyday if I needed to go out. That was a BIG BONUS!
