Justin and his crew have been to my house 3 times in the last 9 years. The first time was to remove some dead trees after we moved into the house. The second time was last year to remove a tree with large roots so that we could add on a new deck. The last time was about a month ago after a storm had damaged a few large branches. I always find the workers to be professional and thorough. We have a fence they manage to work around without any issues. I highly recommend them.

Justin was great. Very responsive to initial requests for estimate. Prompt scheduling. Very easy to work with. Always picks up the phone. We had some issues with proper access to some of the trees (wet land, fencing, etc) and he was very creative in solving the problem.

His crew was polite, conscious of the problems, and very knowledgeable about how to solve them. I was impressed at how they took down a giant, dangerously leaning poplar tree without using a truck or crane (due to access issues). They did exactly what we wanted. Cleaned up everything very well, put the fences back, and hauled away all the logs.

I would definitely hire them again.

Trees Unlimited was recommended by our landscaping company... Since we had a very good experience, I wanted to write a review. Justin was great to work with, and so was his office manager Laura (who answers the phone and schedules the jobs).   Unlike other companies, Laura was able to book an appointment with my first phone call, and Justin arrived promptly to talk to me about my requirements. On the day of the job, he and his crew arrived on time, setup quickly, and did a lot of work in a short period of time. Safety and quality were a priority for them throughout the day.  We just moved in to the house a few weeks ago, and we had several tree companies provide estimates for the work.  None of them gave us the same level of confidence that we received after speaking with Justin.  He was very knowledgeable about the work needed, and he gave us the quote right on the spot (the other companies couldn't do this).  He provided us a daily rate for the work to be performed, versus pricing per tree. His pricing was very competitive. They cut down about 10 trees and pruned several more, and cleaned up after themselves, so that you couldn't even tell that a crew of people had been working in the yard all day.  They removed all the logs, they ground the stumps, and they removed the chipping from the grass.
