Peter told me that he would show up Tuesday the 9th of April. They showed up around three in the afternoon. They couldn't finish all the work that day. They came back a week later and finished grinding down the stump and and leveling out the yard.

They are completely honest, clean up all debris, and punctual.

Overall, I would highly recommend this service both for pricing and for going the extra mile.

I called and received a telephone response within one day. Peter Bern, the owner of Bern Wood, stopped by (I was not present) and left an estimate for me. A few days later, and because he had received a postponement of an already-scheduled job, both Peter and 2 of his workers were at my home on a Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. Peter's workers cut down the evergreen and ground the stump below ground level. They cleared the entire front yard of all debris. Peter did the pruning. Again, all debris was ground and the rear yard was totally cleared of all debris. He did an outstanding job of pruning both trees. His workers did an excellent job of chopping down the evergreen.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I WAS SURPRISED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY REMOVED THE TREES AND SHRUBS. WHEN FINISHED, THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESSES THAT WERE MADE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE MAY HAVE.
