They kept putting me on hold and I kept hanging up beacuse I couldn't hold.  I finally called them knowing I was going to hold and I held for over 2 hours.  When I finally talked to someone they said that they do not have any service in Chicago.  They actually gave me someone in Indiana.

They delivered the television and set it up for me. They were on time for the delivery. They were nice and courteous. In the store they explained some things to me that I was unsure about. They were knowledgeable about the product.

I bought the tv online and within 6 months of the warranty running out, the picture tube went out on it. When the charges came, they split the cost of the labor with me since my warranty had expired. I think more was wrong with the tv, because it took them 3 months to get the picture tube.
