He showed up exactly on time. He put a sealant in the unit. He was very honest and told me it did not need a charge, just sealant. Everything checks out and the unit is working perfectly.

I have an old farmhouse with wood siding and plaster walls. The outside needed a bit of a facelift. Tookmanian Construction came in and made her look good as new from the outside, repainting the siding and the shutters. They also made some recommendations for siding replacement and insulation that has helped tremendously with energy savings. On the inside, plaster walls needed some love and our wood floors needed to be refinished. They took great care while working in the house protecting where they were working and walking. Now the two rooms that they refinished are my favorite two rooms in the house. Old floors look better than new and the plaster walls are seamless. Other things they've done for us include fencing, demo, concrete and a small closet outdoor kitchen. I will and am still using them for other projects around the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any job. Above all else, they are professional and courteous.

They were quick, clean, and did wonderful work. My house is about 100 years old so many things are breaking down.
