Sears - Wayne

I dropped off my lawn mower at this location. It came back in good working order. It took a little longer than anticipated, about 10 days to get it all fixed. The customer service was average. Overall, I am satisfied and I would use their service in the future.

I am leasing a Chrysler Town and Country and the 2 front tires were nearly bald after just 2 years (in itself an issue) . I brought the vehicle to sears as they are an authorized reseller of the tire brand and I had the hopes of them assisting with some kind of tire warranty. The vehicle only had 20000 miles on it after all and the tires should not have required replacement yet. I waited on a line in the service area for 15 minutes only to be "shooed" away and told to go to another line in the sales area After waiting on that line for another 10 minutes and explaining my situation, the sales person looked at the car tires and told me there was nothing he could do as far as warranty coverage. He said the wheel alignment is probably off and that I should bring it back to the dealer. I asked if they could at least call the tire manufacturer to see and they said they would not. then i asked them to give me a quote for the least expensive replacement they had which they did. I was offered two "clearance" tires that were actually a lower grade of tire than what was on the vehicle. Thank goodness I didn't allow them to put those tires on.

I have been going there for about two years. I always had a great experience. They address my problems. If I have a complaint, they check it. They are very professional, friendly, it's a nice environment. You have the option to wait or to go over to the mall.
