Great service! I faced an emergency situation and they were extremely helpful -- they responded quickly to my request and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, They were both friendly and professional. I will  use them again, and recommend them to friends.

They called me back to schedule appointment promptly. Arrived at time scheduled. Explained their service, cleaned carpets in 2 bedrooms, living room and hallway as well as cleaning sofa, chair and ottoman. We have a dog and the carpets had that doggy smell, but not after they cleaned the carpets. Had someone else a couple of years ago and the carpets stunk of dog after they left, so this was really nice. After that other company cleaned the carpets (they claim to have cleaned them), when I ran a cloth over the carpets the cloth was very dirty, which means they didn't clean very well. With Sabatino's there was no residual dirt. Thank you!
The only complaint I have is that the living room carpet was soaked for at least 2 1/2 days. My socks were soaked when I walked on the carpet - they claim carpets will be dry in a couple hours, so I stayed off them for at least 3 hours. The next day my socks still got soaked when walking on the living room carpet. The bedroom carpets dried in a very short time. After a week or so, 2 sort-of bleached out stains appeared on my living room carpet - both around the same size - looks like they might have overdone it or something. Didn't call them because the carpets are old and will be replaced in the near future, but for the time being, they are clean and don't smell.
Will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased at the amount of effort the Sabatino brothers put into cleaning/restoring our carpets. Many areas required multiple cleanings for discoloration and the results were amazing!

They were professional, had me point out the problem areas, told me what stain could not be taken out completely (but got out 90% of that stain) and did a good job on the rest of the rug. They were late in arriving but did call to keep me updated. I would absolutely use them again.

The carpet stain removal and cleaning was perfect. He did about 8-9 passes on the couch stains and they are (for the most part) gone.
They asked that I submit photos of the stains up front. One was a water stain which are typically hard to remove. I was informed of this. They got most of that.
The dirt marks (from my kids!) came out pretty well

professional on the phone, I sent pictures of stains - they were honest about what stains would be removable and what appeared to be permanent. Punctual, professional. Will recommend them and use them again.

Wonderful company

Theis company is very professional and you'll notice a big difference. My old carets came a k to life.

They were on time, and priced right. They were lovely, and concerned about the work. There was some minor thing that was wrong and they were concerned about getting that right. I would highly recommend them.

I found them professional and pleasant. i would hire them again. Not everyone can come into your home and be asked back..

When I called Sabatino's, Patty answered the phone and answered all my questions. What I liked was that they are family owned and operated. So, Patty informed me either her husband, brother-in-law or nephew would be cleaning my carpet. Joe and John showed up in a timely manner on Friday, measured my rooms and got right to work. They were very neat, steam cleaned the carpet throughout my condo, removed makeup stains in the bedroom and tough stains and sticky stuff off the steps. I would highly recommend Sabatino's. My carpet looks beautiful. Thanks Joe and John for doing a great job!

The price was very good. The work was excellent and the people that came to work were the owners of the company but they were very very reponsible.
