They were scheduled for an appointment at a specific time. When it got to be an hour past the appointed time, I emailed them. They responded saying the technician had a minor accident and they didn't know when the tech would be out. 4 hours later, not having heard anything or received an update, I emailed again and cancelled . They rescheduled for the following morning and were on time and professional. From a customer service standpoint, when the unexpected situation arose, I should not have had to contact them.

I appreciated the military discount off their price and their willing to work late on a Friday night to complete the job as scheduled.

I hired them twice over the course of a week for two different properties. They were late both times. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Reasonably priced.

This company is very professional and thorough, I would recommend them to any of my Friends & Family. The cost of service is pricey, but they do a quick and great job at cleaning your HVAC system.

Was easy to schedule for much needed dryer vent cleaning. Came on time, completed the job and left no mess at all. I am very satisfied with the work done and the cost was reasonable. I would use Royal Duct Cleaning again.

The workers put on booties over their shoes upon entering my house without being asked. That was nice of them.

Jerry and his crew were excellent! They did exactly what I needed them to do and it only took 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Royal Duct Cleaning.

The only reason that I did not give all 5 stars is that they were late to the appointment but they did e-mail me that they were running behind. Otherwise, it was an easy transaction too coordinate and I would use them in the future.

I was extremely impressed with Royal Duct Cleaning. Jerry, the owner, and his assistant, were so kind and professional. Very attentive to their surroundings, always maintaining the utmost cleanliness. The price was extremely reasonable for a dryer vent cleaning. They even went above and beyond and changed a flood light for me while on the nearby roof...Who does that anymore? I will use them again to clean my air ducts. Highly recommend them .
