+ -1 moreAn a apt. was scheduled for 11/2/11 between 12:00 and 2:00 for the above. I called the co. in the am to confirm. At 3:30, no one showed or called me. I called the co. and was told they couldn't come that day. If i didn't call, I would have continued to wait for someone who had no intentions of showing up. The apt. was re-scheduled for 11/4/11. Again I confirmed apt. in AM and waited until 3:30. Again a no show. Later in the afternoon, the co. called me to reschedule as they again couldn't make it. I declined but voiced my opinion that this was no way to treat a client. In the middle of me speaking, the co. hung up! This company is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNRELIABLE! RITEWAY IS DEFINITELY THE WRONG WAY!!
Description of Work: The company was to give an estimate on brick work replacement or repair on an outdoor porch. An apt. was scheduled for 11/2/11 between 12:00 and 2:00 for the above.
