He was easy to schedule an estimate with and his quote was the best that we got. He was prompt both days and the work they did was excellent. We also had him repaint 4 old doors and windows and they look incredible. You can tell that he cares about his work and it shows.
I would absolutely recommend Ozzy for any painting needs. We are already trying to figure out the next time we can get his crew to come back and work on the rest of the house!
The prep work however fell short in my opinion, the team should have spent more time on Spackle as there are still holes/gaps that could of and should have been seen and filled prior to the painters (which were a different team). The individual who Spackle did it very quickly considering the space, so it seemed rushed.
The estimation of the job was a bit unprofessional - no official write-up or contract which made the payment process difficult and confusing in the end, as the 'total cost of the job' was misinterpreted.
Overall, I liked the painting job but would recommend for them to put more effort into writing up statements of work and more emphasis on the Spackle prep.
Ozzy was very patient with us, came to the house multiple times as we tested colors and always showed up as promised. As with any outside work, weather always plays a part in scheduling and Ozzy was excellent with keeping us informed.
We were very satisfied with the quality of the work that he and his crew provided and will use him again.
Note: The prep work needed ended up being more than what was expected (the last paint job by the prior owners before we bought house three years ago was apparently sub-standard) Ozzy and team just did the right thing and put in the extra time and effort without one word of complaint - a class act.
