New Life Floor Covering

We had Ron of New Life Floors, located on Hamburg Tpk. Wayne NJ, install a laminate floor in our family room June 2014.
On the day of the install, we can immediately see areas in the corner of each piece that were turned up.  These corners subsequently
chipped.  Also, Ron left a huge pile of debris that my husband had to sort and clean up after a long day at work.
Ron was not responsive to our concerns in a timely manner regarding our concerns.  Eventually we were forced to bring Ron/New LifeFlooring to Small Claims Court hoping to have the Judge rule in our favor and refund the amount of the floor.
Ron lied to the Court about the existence of a formal contract.  Unfortunately our claim was dismissed due to the Judge
referring to a law that protects a contractor from providing any sort of refund.  
Buyers beware - when having any sort of home improvement done to your home, you must insist on a formal contract between each party!
Ron continued to make a false offer to install a new floor in front of the Judge.  It became evident to us, this was never Ron's
intention to make good on his promise.
My husband and I are providing fair warning to stay clear of this business, Ron of New Life Flooring located in Wayne NJ, for your local flooring needs.
