I recently got work done on my 2020 Range Rover Evoque S and having had work done previously from them on my 2015 Lexus RC 350 I am very please with the work. Ur having gone through my insurance the first time for my Lexus I thought I’d receive the same service and pricing. Although comparing the 2 receipts for the completed work it seems that when I went through insurance for my first repairs the pricing was more favorable for painting and labor per hour than when I paid out of pocket myself. Other than that and being contacted more frequently the first time I went through them with my insurance than when I paid out of my own pocket. It seems like the pricing and service contacts are more preferable and prevalent when going through insurance rather than paying out of pocket when one would think it would be the opposite. But in regards to the actual work done on my vehicle I can’t complain because it looks as it did when I purchased the car so for that I am extremely grateful and would recommend them to friends and family for work on their vehicles.

They were on the Gieco -preferred list, so we went with them. I was leery after another Geico-preferred shop did a mediocre job on replacing the front bumper. But Mountain View did an excellent job in a timely manner. Very nice and professional.

Auto Body Work
Not happy. Front wheel never the same, headlights pointed up, front logo came off, paint job wasn't great, and windshield washer never worked again being it constantly blows fuse, and never did before. After leaving a poor review on Google, they did call me to see what they could do, but I had already returned the car once, and wasn't willing to do it again.

Great! They repaired my car a few years back and it's still as good as new. My family has been going to Mountain View Auto Body for years and they do excellent work and they have always been wonderful to us.

My not quite 2 month old car got keyed with a largish (4-5and quot; diameter) asterisk at a bowling alley right behind driver side passenger door, so I spent the next 3 months grinding my teeth at the unfairness of it all, until I couldn't take it anymore and started getting estimates to fix this very obvious blemish. Jerry at Mountain View Auto looked at it, asked me why I was worried so much about a smallish mark, and since it was a leased car, gave me a very fair cost option - touch up paint, clearcoat and buffing it out - that satisfied my anxiety and kept my wallet happy. He did say that if I was not happy, he'd apply the $75 cost of the cheap fix to the still cheaper than others' quote to redo it. I did have to go to the dealer to purchase appropriate touch up paint, but that was easy.
Other reputable body shops, including one affiliated with my dealership, did not ask me for reasons and quoted on a range from $800 to $1400 for the fix that Jerry said would be about $600 (Before $75 would be applied). Since my concerns were stemming from me having to look at the very obvious mark on my car every time I would get in, and worry that I'd have to pay big bucks when turning the car in at end of lease, he took time to explain that lease appraisers don't really care about a relatively small mark like that, that if I feel uncomfortable with it for the next 2 1/2 years, and I felt it was worth the money, I still had the option of going the full fix route, that absolutely won me over.
I'm very happy with the work (still visible but will go again for the offered buffing) and it's much less obvious now, so I can look at my car and smile instead of scowling.
By way of background, I've had previous vehicles fixed at Mountainview Auto Body when insurance was paying and thought it was worth my time to make an appointment and go for an estimate there when I was shelling out the money myself.

THey towed the car, arranged a rental, and were professional and personable. I was really happy with them.
