Mike is very personable and a total pro. He doesn't waste any of your time. I didn't feel like a helpless dunce in the presence of a computer whiz, for a change. He answered all my questions and looped me into the process. He went the extra mile by dealing with a balky internet provider I considered a lost cause and the result helped me do my job much more effiiciently. It took two plus hours for one session and another hour for a follow up. I felt like I was in good hands. Defiinitely worth the time and money.

Mobile Computer services responded quickly and showed up exactly when he said he would. That was the end of the good news. he was confounded by our problem & eventually tried to remedy the situation by using a suggestion by one of our staff. This apparently complicated the issue so that even though we could start the PC we could not print or scan. He could eventyually get it to print but not scan. With this he gave up & suggested we call the manufacturer. for all of this he still charged us full price. I was also very uneasy at the way he kept starring at our office manager (female).

"After reinstalling the printer/scanner, it could print but not scan with the HP software, no matter what was done. The HP software just wouldnt recognize (its own) device. However, the device DID scan with the Windows scanner software, so I explained that as an alternative solution and the customer seemed fine with it. Client also neglected to mention how I installed and configured Outlook on 2 computers for him and he was very appreciative of that at the time because it was important for the 2 email accounts to be working properly, he stated. As for staring at his female office manager, thats ridiculous and untrue."

Called on Sat. eve at 3 pm. Mike was here at 4:30 pm & finished at 7 pm. He was pleasant, professional. We're seniors & we were comfortable having him in our home.

Mike came when promised he also called when he had my one saved file for me!! Although he could not get back all my data I can honestly say I believe he put tons of effort into it!! He had to do a full system reset (sorry don't know all the technical names) and also installed (at no charge) new virus protection software for me. Although I hope I never need him again, I would definately recommend him to my friends!!

I called and Mike (owner) came the following day. I needed to add additional memory which he ordered and returned 2 days later to repair. My laptop has been running so much better ever since. Hopefully I will never need the service again, but if I do, it's nice to know that Mobile Computer is there in a jam.
