window treatments
+ -1 moreI have tried to speak to somebody in charge and I have not received a call back. I was told that the rod we were ordering would cause the draperies to overlap completely, however we now have to do it manually every time we close the drapes.
Description of Work: I ordered window treatments on 9/10/08. I was never given a delivery date. We finally received the window treatments on February 20th. When the treatments were put up, the rod was defective and we could not close the draperies fully, which bothered me because it is my front window. They told me they would be ordering a new rod and it would take another 2 weeks. They finally installed the new rod on April 13th.
