The service call was very professional and no hassle. Fahad called me the night before the service to confirm. Showed up on time for their appointment and gave me me good service for my appointment. My AC units capacitor had failed and they replaced it for both the units after quick inspection. I plan to hire them for regular maintenance of my HVAC system.

Max Air Heating and cooling did a GREAT job on my new house. We moved into new construction, that turned out to be a disaster with so many things wrong and lots of problems, especially with the AC and Ducts. They came and assessed the situation for us, then came back to fix everything. They went above and beyond for us and did it all with honesty, punctuality and great communication. They also worked with my crazy busy schedule to find a time that worked for me. I would recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! They do really great and honest work!!!

My air conditioning unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. After getting an estimate from another company who insisted I needed a new unit, I called Max Air Heating and Cooling for a second estimate. Fahd called me back right away and came to assess the problem. He was able to determine that all I needed was a new capacitor and some lubrication for the fan and within minutes my AC was working again. He talked me through everything he was seeing and doing and wound up saving me thousands of dollars; while also restoring AC for me and my family on a 95 degree day. He was honest, professional and very friendly. i will definitively be calling him in the future if anything else comes up

The company and staff were top notch. Shadi, the tech, that serviced my furnace was very patient and thorough. He took the time to make sure I understood how the furnace works and the cause of the problem which he repaired. Afterwards he thoroughly tested the furnace for any reoccurrence. The education alone was well worth the value fee paid and would highly recommend them. I will definitely continue to use them for my semi-annual/annual service and immediate repairs. Thanks again.

Replaced capacitor. After 2 months, central ac is not cool again. Stopped by and determine the safety switch jumped. Didn't charge me since he was close by.
