Kevin was extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. I had to get the old roof removed and a new roof installed. He came over and explained to me what his crew was going to do; about how long the job will take, how much it was going to cost me, and what materials he was going to use to do the new roof. He was very patient answering all my questions that I had after he left. His crew did a fantastic job on my roof- it looks great! They also told me I needed my chimney replaced it was unstable but we didnâ  t want to invest in it right now, so his crew did some work on my chimney to protect it until I am ready to invest to replace it at no extra charge. I am very Thankful for the chimney patching that they did to buy me time till I am ready. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend Kevin Mulholland to anyone I will be happy to pass his name on to others.

Kevin and his team are GREAT. We had a bit of an emergency when we discovered after tearing up some old carpet that our basement stairway was in really bad shape. His team was on it in less than a week and replaced our rickety, dangerous stairs with a beautiful, sturdy set, and while they were at it they fixed up the walls leading to the basement as well. Just a brilliant job, we couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism.

Kevin's crew did a fantastic job on my roof- it looks beautiful! They thoroughly cleaned up and left not a trace of debris. I have already recommended Kevin to a neighbor and will be happy to pass his name on to others.

Kevin made numerous calls making an appointment and then not keeping it b c I believe it was a small job. The contractor s want the big jobs. He should not have taken the job. I would not recommend him

Can’t say enough about the power wash job that Kevin and his crew did on our house and fence. It looks amazing! Kevin is very thorough, fair and honest. Very easy to work with and fast. Will absolutely use again in the future and recommend without hesitation!

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job on my basement. I have had some bad experiences with contractors before, and him and his team were a true breath of fresh air. They started when they said they would, and came back every day until the job was done. I will definitely be using him and his team again for projects in the near future.

Poor workmanship, damage to my house, confrontational and unprofessional, I have a much bigger project coming up and there is no way I would think about having him do it.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: Hired for power washing, Kevin came to do an estimate, he gave me a price of $48/ Hr for each man, ( 2 men), I hired him for 7 hours, he packed up and left after five hours and said they did seven hours worth of work in five hours, please be aware when hiring him and be clear as to what he is pricing, the job or per hour, he suggested himself during our estimate that I hire by the hour, then after the job was complete, he proclaimed he was hired to do a job for $700, also aside from that, the job was mediocre, if you have a project of power washing and you re looking for a grest job done, would not suggest him either. Please get something in writing if you hire this man.

The actual project was to replace rotted and water damaged ceiling on the enclosed porch. After 5 other "professionals" failed to come I was ready to give up. I gave Ken a call and he came immediately. He suggested that we also replace the window, flooring and add some insulation. I was concerned about the price but his quote was very reasonable. His work was incredible and he is the only person I will call for any future work.

Kevin was very easy to interact with. He kept to the quoted price, was very reasonable to adding additional requests on the spot, making suggestions that would assist us in selling our house, and told us when something wasn’t needed or necessary.

Very nice guy. Quick response and he came immediately and fixed my problem with my awning. At the time I really couldn't afford to pay but he insisted it needed to be done the right way now due to any snow that may come. He was willing to do the job and let me pay him when I was able. I never had any contractor offer that...I wanted to cry. Its like he knew my struggle. I gave him a small payment that day and I was going to mail him the rest after the holiday. Well, he took what I gave him and then gave me a hug and said merry Christmas. He told me not to worry about the rest of the payment. I felt like he was an angel sent to me. I couldn't thank him enough. I will recommend him to everyone. If I can rate him more than five stars I would give him the whole sky. Kevin if you are reading this I want to say thank you again and you proved that there are still good people out there. God bless.

Kevin and I met at my newly purchased home that needed some improvement. He made a good impression and gently insisted that I hire him instead of the other contractor. We subsequently agreed on the terms and cost of the project. When I asked whether he had a standard contract that I could review, Kevin said I could go ahead and draft one. The night before he was supposed to receive a deposit of over $12,000 and start the project, he started questioning the terms of the same contract to which he had previously agreed. When I emailed him the contract one day prior, for his final review, his own words were "We are in full agreement". Here is our last email exchange before I blocked his number and email address: Me: "For someone who initially made a good impression, you ended up doing several things shady contractors do. You asked for cash, demanded over 1/3 upfront, and refused to commit to a flexible completion time. I don't know if you agree to things without reading or paying attention, or if you just pretend to agree to draw in a client. Whatever it is, I am glad I found out before trusting you with my home and my $12,000." His crude reply: "First of all the reason I asked for some cash was to help u with your budget.. did not need cash.. secondly, we are a good company and do not need your gutless comments... you learn in my industry to stay away from certain opportunities because your gut tells you too.... We will do our next job well like we do all our jobs, just did not need to be dealing with you" Form your own opinion.

Over the years, we have had a number of very disappointing jobs done by contractors we had hoped were high quality, but Kevin Mulholland and his crew did one of the finest jobs we have seen in timeliness and quality, notwithstanding a few disappointments. First, they gave us helpful ideas on paint colors to help spruce up our house. Second, they were willing to work with our budget while still doing a good paint job. My only disappointment with the paint job is that there are clearly spots that could have used a second coat, and they only applied one coat. I don’t know if they would have done a better job had we paid more money. They also did some repair work to some of the wood on our home and garage that was rotting, and it is very excellent. They power washed and shampooed our patio when they cleaned the house to prepare for painting, and the patio also looks like new. It is the best power-washing job we have had done I believe. One negative I must mention was sloppiness that resulted in a lot of paint mess on various parts of our property. When we asked for it to be cleaned up before we paid them the remaining balance owed to them, Kevin lost his temper. This was very stressful for my husband, who was interacting with Kevin. However, we are pleased that Kevin quickly remedied the situation and did a fairly thorough cleanup job the next day, except that on our blacktop driveway (recently paved), there had been some significant splattering of paint which Kevin seemed to cover over with black tar or paint. This “cleanup” is an eyesore because it has left the driveway looking patchy. Also, now a month or so later, the paint or tar he used to cover up the white splatters is starting to fade, and some of the white paint is showing through. I think a drop cloth would have been much more preferable to this problem or else a thorough scrubbing with turpentine. Overall, I think we did receive a good result for our money and were thankful for the timeliness and promptness with which Kevin and his crew did the job. He also brought to us a promised bucket of paint after we had paid him and included another pail of paint that we did not expect. This speaks highly of his integrity, and is very helpful should we need to do any touch-ups in the future. Also, we are pleased about the 10-year warranty included in the contract, which can be transferred to a new homeowner should we move. This is a much better warranty than another top-rated contractor we had considered for the job, who had said that his warranty could not be transferred. Thank you very much, Mulholland team, for a job generally well done.

Simply put: my family and I feel that this man is dishonest, disingenuous, and took complete advantage of my grandmother during a bathroom remodel. I STRONGLY recommend you AVOID at absolutely all costs. Please read on for a factual account of how he and his team conducted themselves. I have every shred of paperwork to prove it. Make no mistake, I am no expert in bathroom renovations, but I know when something is seemingly fishy. After being pestered by this man (in our opinion a sign of desperation), my Grandmother was quoted a price of 7500 dollars for MATERIALS AND LABOR per the contract (I have this in writing - happy to show it). Sounds great! Unfortunately, in addition to the 7500 dollars in checks that she cut, my grandma was also told to pay the electrician an ADDITIONAL 2200 dollars and an ADDITIONAL 3500+ dollars in materials (she was handed a huge pile of receipts from Lowe's, Home depot, etc.). I have every single receipt and everything is documented - again, happy to show them. SHE PAID 5700 DOLLARS ABOVE WHAT SHE WAS QUOTED! Let that sink in. Please note he even had her pay for the bottled water that his crew was drinking! Quite frankly, I am surprised she wasn't asked to pay for the gas and food that they consumed during the job. He even had her pay for buckets, rags, sponges, and other extremely petty items! Items that any respectable contractor would surely have. How could they have been doing other jobs without such basic tools? Regardless, they are now well-equipped for their next job since they stocked up during this "project". When we questioned him about the installation process (our neighbor who is an electrician suggested we ask), he sternly reprimanded her for questioning his authority as somebody who has been doing this for "25 years". Well, sir, I would think that after 25 years you would have accumulated enough working capital to buy yourself a bucket and some rags without having some frail woman foot the bill. Shameful. When I called you to confront you about your practices, you were evasive and couldn't answer my simple questions (I asked "How much did she pay you in total?"). Instead, you danced around the questions and said "Oh she's a nice lady" and acted, in my opinion, in an unprofessional manner. In fact, there is still a huge slab of dry wall left over that she paid for, propped up against her house. Kevin told her that she "can return it". Is that appropriate? First, to over-estimate how much dry wall you need (I think calculating square footage for dry wall is a fairly easy calculation) and then to expect her to just lug back this 10x10 slab back to Lowe's wow. Does anybody find this professional? I want every single reader to know the truth. Also, his contractors showed up late and were not on schedule. They even used her bathroom when the water was turned off so that she almost didn't have enough water to flush her toilet. Kevin is not only professional. He is honest and has a wonderful personality. Always showed up on time. Completed all the work in two days. Very fair price and terrific work. I would absolutely recommend hhim and plan to continue to use him for my lawn mowing and maintenance. He can do almost any project. He is amazing

Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job. They removed wallpaper from two bathrooms painted and also repaired and painted a deck that had not been painted for almost ten years. They were very careful and methodical in doing the work and all of their work came out great. They did all this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew. He is a good man.
