Excellent, responsive, very professional, everything came out great

Joe Carpinteri has done work on both my house and my mother's house. I have complete faith in him regarding any roofing, siding, door installation or repair of same items. He did several types of work including entire re-roof , removed and re-sided the house with vinyl siding, installed new doors and did trim work on the outside of my home. He has done excellent work and I will certainly use him in the future for whatever work is necessary. Very competitive on pricing and delivery. All the work and materials are of the highest quality and are installed with care and with clear experience that shows their team members have the required technical knowledge. Joe is very skilled, knowledgeable, honest, and paid attention to detail. They show up when promised and finish when promised. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to friends and family.

From the onset, I was impressed with Joe's professionalism and overall approach to solving our issues.
In the past we had used one of the larger local companies who advertises in the area. However, we never were 100% satisfied with their work and responsiveness and decided to try a different provider.
Job #1 - Joe called us back quickly when we reached out for the original estimate and showed up on time as scheduled. He closely inspected our damaged flashing and ensured that there were no other areas of the house affected. His estimate was less than the other company we used in the past and he didn't give us a "sales job". He took the time to explain the work involved. We showed him some other problem areas around the house (e.g., loose siding) and he said he could take of those problems as well. We eventually decided to use Joe based on his experience and overall comfort that he would do a good job. 
Joe did a great job and met our expectations on price and service. He fixed the damaged flashing and it looked great. He also fixed the other problem areas as well .He cleaned up after himself and told us to call him if any issues.
Job #2- We have had several roofers, home improvement companies and other home professionals come to the house over the last couple years to look at the siding issues around the garage. It appeared that the original work had not been done properly and that water was getting into the garage and, in bad storms, into the basement. When Joe recently came to look at the issue, he invested ~ 30 minutes taking off the siding in areas to inspect what was going on underneath. He noticed a couple rusty nails and quickly concluded that the water must be making it behind the siding. Interestingly, none of the other "experts" invested this time and only speculated on the causes at the time of the original estimate. Again, we were sold on his professionalism and experience but, most importantly, he made us feel like he was trying to solve an issue on his own house. Joe came back in a couple of days and spent a several hours removing the siding around the garage and identifying the causes to our issues  (e.g., no step flashing around the garage) and then took action to correct them. The work was professionally completed. Again, he came on time as promised, fixed some other issues around the house that we agreed on and cleaned up after completing the work. 
Since the completion of Joe's work, it has rained hard several times. In the pouring rain, I observed the water coming down the side of the house and then being directed away from the house and down the driveway. The garage has been dry as has been the basement. We're confident that Joe's work addressed the issues we had and will prevent them from occurring in the future. Lastly, we have already been recommending Joe to others in the areas who may be in need of help.
