The work was done quickly, and the contractor and his assistant were both very neat - the room was always cleaned at the end of the day. The work was generally of good quality, particularly the painting. There were some minor details overlooked, including some slightly noticeable joints in the mouldings, and some errant trim paint on the walls in a few places. I wouldn't typically mention these minor issues, but the price was high enough to legitimately expect the very top notch in quality. The only real complaint is that we were charged for some ''extra'' work at the end of the job which it was not clear at the outset were going to be charged as seperate items, and the work was done on those items before a price was given, so there was really no negotiating the prices or even a chance to say we didn't want the work done at that price. All in all, however, we are happy with the outcome, and Joe is a very good guy to work with.
