Too expensive

Excellent job tearing off 100% slate roof on main house, tear off metal flat roof on den, and replaced garage roof. Replace with Asphalt shingles and rubber on flat roof. Hard working, timely, great job. Replace rotting wood. Very nice crew.

Professional, thorough, very clean and job well done

Excellent work overall. Alex, the head guy on our job was excellent, friendly and easy to talk to. The only slight negative was a piece of aluminum wrapping on the front of the house looked a little off. We had our whole roof redone. Not just a repair. Thanks iroof for a great fast clean job.

The guy was not trustworthy, he kept changing his stories. He was late more than 6 hours and then started tearing down the blocks knowing he did not have the materials to build the new steps. He told me that if he waited for the materials to come, it would not complete the job until 8 pm. He asked me to come on the next day. I did not want to wait till 8 pm so that I said ok. They came on the next day near noon and complete the job until late afternoon. I will not recommend them.

I had a leak on the roof. Home Advisor sent iRoof LLC. They gave me a quote and we signed a contract. The price was high, $2800 to replace a 50 sq.ft. roof side, but I was in a bind. That same leak had been repaired twice, by two Home Advisor pros a couple of months ago, but it sprang up again after the first torrential rain. I had already paid $500 for that first repair attempt. Anyway, we signed the contract (no physical address on the contract or business card), they took $500 deposit. When they started the repairs, midway the process they asked for another $3,700 to rebuild the chimney, because allegedly the leak was coming from there. They threatened me that it will leak again if I don't pay more for the chimney. I objected, saying that they should have told me during the negotiating phase and not in the middle of the project. The work was very messy, they left a handful of nails strewn all over on my driveway. The following day when they finished the job I told them that I will pay them through Home Advisor and not directly. They started arguing in not a very nice way that they want payment directly to them, not through Home Advisor, that it is a just an advertising page, etc. Very unpleasant. I went ahead and paid the balance on Home Advisor and called Home Advisor to make sure that all was okay. I happened on an incompetent customer service rep, Kim, who could not even find iRoof LLC record, which totally upset me. Anyway, later a supervisor called me to explain that they found iRoof's account but the roofer had not set up payment through Home Advisor. She promised to contact iRoof and help them set up the payment system so that they can receive their money. All in all a most frustrating experience both from iRoof LLC and Home Advisor.

Alex was very prompt and professional. Scheduled job was completed as agreed. Workers cleaned up nicely. We've had a few days of heavy rain since the new roof was put on. Haven't noticed any leaks.

Alex came to give me an estimate. The gutters need a tune up, some fastening and cleaning as needed. He gave me a fair price and he was ready to do it at that moment so I hired him. They worked fast . I think they did a good job up there. I recommend them.
