Their pricing was okay because I had gotten two other estimates before I actually went to them. I went to them because I went on Angie's List and saw the reviews. I figured, okay let me go there. I did make an appointment. They accommodated me with basically the time that I needed although they only work certain hours so I had to be there early in the morning. Then the day that they did the catalytic converter I had to leave the car there and  arranged for a rental for myself  from a rental company. I had to go back because I had the car and noticed there was a sound. What had happened was, they said it was some kind of gasket or something that they had to replace. I questioned myself and I said, when they were doing it, I would have thought that they would have noted something like that but maybe they didn't. Basically there was no charge for it or anything. They did it and my car has been fine. Believe me I didn't like the price from any of the people that I went to but he was within the price of everybody else. I would say the service was very good. He was very good with punctuality. They were very good with professionalism. I like to shop around for the best price. And if the prices were the same, I would definitely refer back to him. If it was the same price as the others I would definitely go with him. He is convenient. It's an auto body shop. The gentleman who owns it has been there a long time. So I feel that like I said, if all the prices were the same, I would go back there.

I've used greg on quite a few occasions, the latest was when my Jeep's water pump starting leaking (gushing) anti-freeze with no warning. Greg took the car the next day and had the job done that night. I have been very happy with the service, and just as important, the communication of every step along the way. You might find a better price elsewhere, but not better quality. When it comes down to fixing my cars I trust Greg's to be honest with me and that says it all.

They have provided automotive maintenance service for my 2002 Acura TL-S.
For each major service other than an oil change, they make sure that the estimate is as accurate as possible. Of course, with any complex mechanical system, the true cost cannot be exact until the work is performed.
Greg has ALWAYS been honest and forthright when recommending work. he has NEVER suggested work to be done that would otherwise benefit him and not my car.
With respect to my most recent service, the airbag sensors was having issues - the 'SRS' light was on in my car. He reset it and during the road test he noticed that the engine was running a bit rough. He replaced the wiring to a spark plug at no charge! How cool is that?

This company tends to be quite busy, but they accommodated me in a reasonable time frame in making an appointment for service. They gave me an estimate and delivered exactly as promised. The car was done on time and I have been very satisfied with the results. There was no attempt to sell me repairs I did not need. The mechanic was honest and competent. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to others looking for honest, reliable repair service.
