Granted, I understand that contractors many times spread themselves thin. I do expect however communication and, if you are not going to show up on a day promised, the least you can do is contact me and let me know why and then make it a point to get to the locationin in a timely fashion. This contractor "routinely" reneged on promises to arrive on location to complete job. It was as though they wanted to be fired.
Now I have to worry that they have two of my housekeys in their possession that they have not returned after repeated requets.
