Roofing
When the man looked over the roof he found a lot of issues. There were damaged shingles and bad shingles (ones with manufacturing issues). The man explained that the installer should not have installed the bad ones. I have holes in my shingles, damaged shingles, nails sticking through the shingles, and some that are sticking up. I even have shingles that have too much gaping.
The man that came said the issues were all due to installer fault. He said he would contact the installer about the issues. Later he sent me a letter stating that all he saw were slight scuff marks.
I have contacted them several times since, and some ladies say they will call me right back but they never do. This has been going on for months.
