River the person who came to perform service was rude. Broke our ducts and taped it (he looked for and found the tape in my house - without asking me). chased me in my house for payment. Told me they will charge about 3% for cc and NJ tax if paid by c. No tax if paid cash. Did not do work as per the advertisement. Riaz (the manager), told me he will stop by to look at the damage... never showed up. I looked up at BBB site, I could not find this company there. Their lic# on the invoice says : 13VH09621600 Stay away...

All went well with cleaning, very thorough and the price was fair. After they left I noticed an envelope of cash that I keep in my home office desk drawer was missing. I don't have a nanny cam so can't prove who took the money. Lesson learned: Don't keep valuables in your home when you have workers there whom you do not know any thing about! I informed the supervisor of the stolen cash and he suggested I complain to the police. Which I did. I'm also sharing my experience with anyone who is concerned about the trust worthiness of home service contractors.

They did a very poor job. They merely cleaned the extremities of the duct, where it is attached to the drywall or the floor. After they left, I took a picture of the inside of a duct, full of dust. I even retrieved some dead flower petals dried from a long time ago! I had my duct cleaned again by real professionals, it took 4 men during 4 hours (so much longer than the time spent by this company) but they really cleaned something.

No show. The person doing the scheduling does not seem to be well organized. I had an appointment set for 1pm. I drove 30 minutes from work and waited 20 minutes before calling and ask where the technician was. I was told any minute. Then I received a call 10 minutes later saying the technician is not in the area and can't make it till 5:30 (4 hours later). I don't live at the location the service is being performed so I would have to spend an additional hour of driving to back and forth to keep this service appointment. She gave no apologies and didn't even really seem to care that she had wasted my time. This might be an isolated incident but it's up to you if you want to risk it.

We could not get it done prior to that as my Dad was sick. They gave a senior citizens discount. They did all the air ducts. It was 3 fellas and a superviser. I have known them for years as I use them in my home. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They had to move a large hutch. It was 2 pieces. They moved it out, so I could vacuum behind it. They were very nice about helping. It had not been moved in over 3 years. They put everything back and did not break anything.

It went ok except that they requested more money to and quot;get inside furnaceand quot; which I paid but they really could not get into where they said.

While performing work on ducts the vendor said I needed to clean heating unit (less than one year old). The possibility of this issue should have been raise before performing work on ducts

The original price was good, but then they wanted additional money to clean the and quot;inner partand quot; of the furnace. I think this was just a ploy to get more money because they never opened the and quot;innerand quot; part to clean it.
