Dan Bonfietti, LLC

As you can see, Dan has done a great deal of work at my house over the years.  I think the fact that I keep calling him speaks for itself.  Dan is extremely bright and detail oriented.  He is good at solving mysterious issues (like leaks).  I also never have to worry about the quality of his work.
On top of all that, he is 100% honest and reliable.  I can just give Dan my garage code and come home to a completed job.  For longer term jobs, Dan is great about keeping a neat and safe work site.  He's also a really nice guy.
The largest job I had Dan do was to finish my basement.  I provided him with floor plans, but there were a few items I didn't know how to work around.  Dan came up with great solutions.  My basement came out better than I ever imagined.  We use it constantly.  One part we struggled with was the windows.  My window openings were a little larger than normal--which is great for letting in light.  Dan found a local manufacturer that made great custom windows, and it wasn't expensive at all.  My basement is nice and bright, and the windows are great quality.  He was also great about tracking expenses and billing.
Dan is happy to do very small jobs as well.  I think he may actually prefer them.
If I had one complaint, I guess it would be that he is on the conservative side of what he will do.  He will only take on jobs that he has done before.  i think he must do everything for the first time on his own properties in case he makes a mistake.
I don't look for the cheapest quote.  I look for the greatest value provided, for the best price.  That's Dan.  I would recommend hiring Dan for anything he is willing to do.  If he can't do it, he will tell you up front.

DAN WAS ON TIME, REMOVED OLD FIXTURE and INSTALLED NEW ONE. HE MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH WHERE THE LIGHTS WERE FOCUSED ON MY PROPERTY AND WENT OVER TIMER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. HE ALSO ADJUSTED FRONT DOORS SO THAT THEY LINED UP PROPERLY. VERY NEAT!!!!

The first thing Dan did for us was to disassemble a large custom built piece of furniture in my daughters room. It took up one whole wall and it just didn't work for her anymore.. We wanted a custom closet instead which would give my daughter much more floor space. Dan came the next day and had the whole thing disassembled and out of her room in less than 90 minutes.When he was done, I asked him if he did custom closets, luckily he did. He installed it a month later and it turned out great! It's beautiful. He did various other things for me around the house which are mentioned above.
Flat Tar Roof~ This was at my husbands office ~Had all kinds of professional roofers out over the years but none of them could fix the leaky flat tar roof. Apparently they could not find the root of the problem. Spent thousands trying to get it fixed. After nothing worked, we wound up replacing the roof. Even after that, it still leaked when there was a wind driven rain. Had to constantly spackle and paint the ceiling in several areas. Finally told Dan about it. HE FIXED IT!!!! First time out and he's not even a roofer. I always new Dan was a real and quot;findand quot; but this really did it for us! Wish I had found him years ago. Dan's work is always neat and professionally done! His prices are very fair. He's a really nice guy who you can trust!
Dan will be realigning my front doors, replacing the hardware and hopefully installing a new mailbox and post. I highly HIGHLY recommend him.
