Constructive did an awesome job. Albert came out to provide an estimate for the insurance company. He used the same estimating software that the insurance company uses. This allowed the insurance company to approve the estimate and quickly provide a check for the repairs. Albert agreed to begin the work the following Monday. At 9:00am that Monday morning, the Constructive team showed up to begin the work. Brett from constructive managed the project, Sergio, Sergio 2 (Flaco), Joe and Brett did the work. They were respectful of my needs, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, they were freindly and their work was impeccable. Brett inspected every part of the job to ensure that it was done properly and completely. Constructive was at my home for a full week, and they completed this major job without incident. Flaco did a great job with the spackling, and the whole team made sure that the whole job was done to perfection. There is no sign that any of the damage ever occurred. I am planning to replace a bathroom in the near future, and will absolutely have Albert and his team do the job.
