Complete Computer Solutions Of NJ LLC

My wife had been having various troubles with her computer, finally up to the point where she could not even sign on.  I took the computer to Complete Computer Solutions and they had it back to me within 24 hours.  Great job. Quick, complete, and relatively inexpensive.

It went great. The last time I was in, I was panicking because I thought I lost all my backup files. I called on a Friday evening and didn't expect a call back--but sure enough, they called and said to bring the computer in first thing Monday. Turns out, I just had to basically do one silly little thing to access my files--Brian showed me and didn't even charge. We've been going to these guys for a while and when we need a repair, we're so glad to be able to have such a reliable company to bring it to again.

Complete Computer Solutions did a complete  HW diagnosis and made sure all of the my software updates were in place and properly installed.   As it was also required for me to do a service pack 1 update, there were a significant number of windows updates that were also required.    
Gueri came to my house to do all of the work a nd that all was operating correctly.    After all of the updated were completed CCS followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working properly. 
A great team with an focus on listening to customers and solving their problems.   I will certainly return to them in the future and recommend them highly.

Had a virus in the computer.  He cleaned it out. Gave me advice of what to do and what not to do.  Taught me different things to prevent it from happening again and how to deal with it if I experience these things in the future.  He was a very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable.  I felt very confident in his work.  He even gave me his availability of a call back for a period of time if I have trouble during this time.

Very impressed by Brian and his company. My laptop was clearly having problems.  Shutting down for no reason , pop ups, and running slow. I ran a malware program to fix the problem but the scan was taking hours and not solving the problem.  I called into Complete Computer Solutions late Wednesday afternoon and they told me to bring the lap top in.  Carlos at the front desk explained the services and prices and indicated that if there weren't any big problems with the machine it should be ready the next morning.  Brian, the owner, called me the next morning to let me know that the machine was not ready yet but that he had work on the machine the previous evening.  He explained what was going on with the computer and why it was taking a little longer to clean up.  Early afternoon Thursday Brian called to tell me the machine was ready and I could pick it up.  The lap top is working like new.  Great service at a great price.  I will definitely use them again and gladly recommend to friends and colleagues.

Dropped my laptop off at their office & explained my problem & Brian the owner was very pleasant, informative & I had my laptop back the next day.

The computer now works like brand new. It was originally purchased in 2005.

Brian arrived on time, was very professional and helped me with my network as well as other questions regarding windows 8. I will definitely call then whenever I have a computer related problem.

When I called to make the appointment, the staff was very careful to quote me the correct prices for service and for travel to my location. Gueri arrived exactly on time, and ran through various tests to diagnose the problem.  He finally concluded that I had a hardware, and not a software, problem and would need a new internal DVD player.  Because they can't carry parts on their truck for every need, this would require ordering the part and returning to install it with the associated service costs.  He suggested that I could instead buy an external DVD player, which I could easily plug into one of the computer's USB ports and use without installing special software.  Although it meant a little more work for me, I took his money-saving advice. After some research, I bought an external DVD player on Amazon, and I'm generally happy with the purchase although I'm still working through some quirks with the new player.

Brian returned our initial call promptly and scheduled a house call two days later.  His work took almost two hours, plus he
answered a number of questions I had including the best browser and best photo management software.  The work was done about
10 days ago and our computer has been working well ever since.

Gueri and Brian were very helpful, efficient and friendly.  The job was completed in a day.

Unfortunately we waited until last minute to find a repair place for the laptop and literally only had a couple of days to get it done. The guys at Complete Computer Solutions were great. They let us bring it in and diagnosed the issue the same day. They were able to order the necessary parts and had it ready for pick up in plenty of time. They were professional, courteous, fast, reasonably priced and did excellent work. I highly recommend them. In fact, I have a desktop computer that I am taking to them next!

Brian went above and beyond to repair a desktop with a broken power switch.  When the part could not be purchased because it was discontinued they used a creative solution as a go around.  
I highly recommend this business for computer repair needs.  They were responsive, creative, quick, and reasonably priced.

This is second experience with company. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Lovely fellow who came to my office.  However he was unable to correct the problem I was having with my Office product.  He did not charge me for the service call however so that is a big "thumbs up".   I believe his skills may be more suited for less complex issues, but he is very nice and came promptly.

My computer didn't recognize dvd's in my internal dvd drive. Nero Didn't even recognize dvd's in a portable dvd drive.
I had other advice from several "experts". None fixed the problem. I called Complete Computer Solutions
and he fixed the problem completely.  Showed me how to upload a video to youtube.. He fixed upper and lower filters
in my registry and everything worked perfectly. AM able to utilize Nero now.The call took about 1 hr.
Was able to charge the call to my Visa. He sent me a receipt in a few days. 
    . He charged $95 an hour.  Plus $5. travel expenses. I got a $25 coupon form Angie's List for being his customer for the first time.. NJ Sales tax was $5.25. So my cost for this wonderful service was $80.25.  I'm so glad I checked with
Angie's list to find this excellent computer repair service.

Brian was professional and outlined the procedure. There was an initial estimate based on using a back-up disc I had made. This turned out not to be enough and I had to buy discs from Lenovo. They then went ahead with the back-up discs under the original estimate and everything went fine. I'm told their prices are standard for this service but I didn't check that out.

Brian was wonderful.  He and his staff were responsive and courteous.  Brian arrived promptly and fixed our networking problems.  Will certainly call on Brian again.
