If Angies had an A+ rating that's what I would have given for this company. Tom, the owner, was on the job with several workers. They were fast, efficient and professional. They took great care to move items and cover my floors. The job was done perfectly and my house was left in immaculate condition. Their pricing was competitive and they gave a full warranty on all the work performed. Don't hesitate to hire Chimney Pros.

Second time I have used them, have been happy both times. They showed up on time and cleaned a huge squirrel nest out of the chimney. The recommended a new cap, which I think was appropriate in this case since it was the second time we had a problem - will have that work done next month. They had recommended some other work on a previous visit which I did not have done, but I never felt they were trying to sell anything that was over and above what was needed or recommended - not a hard sell by any means. I will use them in the future.

I called Chimney Pros to come and provide an estimate. They went on the roof and took pictures to show me. We agreed on the price for the detailed estimate performed. They came back and did the job. and actually followed up with two visits to ensure the job done was satisfactory.

Great HONEST company. I had some other scam artist tell me I needed $700.00 worth of work. The guys from Chimney Pro's came in inspected and cleaned my chimney and did not try to sell me a bunch of add ons. They said my fireplace was in good condition. Very fast, on time and neat. There are so many scams out there it's nice to find a local, honest company. Will call again when the chimney is due for a cleaning.

I was quoted a price, arranged for the cleaning and waited for the day. They showed up on time and moved quickly. A blanket was laid down at my fireplace and the flue was brushed and fireplace vacuumed. They inspected and found no problems. Cleaned up and left, charging the quoted price. Excellent service.

They arrived on time, sprayed the chimney and instructed us to call after a rainstorm if the chimney still leaked. The chimney leaked and they applied a second coating, we called again for them to take another look at the problem. They never returned our calls and did not fix the problem. We finally bought some caulking and fixed the cap ourselves.
