Jake did an outstanding job updating the components in my home theater. His level of knowledge and professionalism as well as the care with which he handled each portion of the job exceeded all my expectations and resulted in a system that was much improved. We got our home theatre installed. The customer service was excellent and so was the quality of the installation. I have met someone as professional after many years. Although the agreed time was 8 hours, he spent an extra 5 hours at no charge just to ensure the set up was perfect. I would highly recommend. You will not regret!
