I ordered a counter top, dropped off a check only to find out two days later that the leftover stone is not enough to cover my surface. They didn't even bother to check, and in the mean time I face a tight project deadline so am forced to pick another leftover stone. It's their fault, and they simply just said, you want to cancel? Sorry, but that is a breach of contract already. When customers breach the contract, you collect their $1000 deposit, while when you cannot fulfill your order, you are not even being apologetic. Second, when they measured everything with the vanity installed, took away one of my sinks to cut the stone, the counter top does not fit well. This should have been pointed out when they do the templating, and they failed at the very first step. Third, when they drilled one of my faucet hole, they completely missed it and left a gap between the faucet and the countertop, causing water leaking. When I reached out, they completely made up the story such as 1. the hole is the right size, while my problem is they drilled the hole at the wrong position; 2. my sink rim is blocking the hole drilling, while I sent pictures to show that there is more than enough space; 3. they weren't shown the faucet so cannot measure the size, while I have a video from my security camera to prove that I showed it, and specified that that they did one side of holes (I have two sinks) fine but not the other. They even claimed they drilled 50 holes every day and no customers complain. All in all, it's all my fault and it has nothing to do with them. All in all, it's all my fault not theirs. Well, you cannot argue with facts such as pictures and videos no matter you drill 5 holes or 50k holes per day. Until they exhausted excuses to get away with the problem, they offered to glue a piece of stone to call it a day. Sorry, not acceptable. They should at least provide some warranty of the "glue" work and be responsible for future leaking, or they should refund customers for delivering defective product. Of course, these unprofessional, irresponsible people disappeared since then and I'm filing complaints.

Leading up to the installation, things went very smoothly working with our sales contact in the Aqua office. He was friendly, helpful, and flexible, although sometimes hard to reach. We really appreciated him arranging to have the shop drill holes in our bathroom vanity tops, which we sourced from another place. Problems began to add up once measurements and installations started. Measurements of some the saddles and bath pieces were rushed, and consequently, some pieces were cut in the wrong size. The installers who brought the materials refused to take responsibility for the pieces that were obviously mismatched. Eventually, we arranged to have replacements made, and traveled out to Wayne, NJ to pick them up, only to find out that the replacement piece was incorrect again the second time around. We couldn't keep waiting, so we had to pay our contractor extra to cut down some of the wrong pieces. Unlike the friendly office staff, the installers were very unprofessional. They were disrespectful of our home, and had a bad attitude, saying that they wouldn't be installing the windowsills even though the office had assured us they would do so. More significantly, their installation was sloppy. They installed the largest windowsill on a huge incline. They left pieces of plywood visibly stuck under another sill without bothering to trim it off. They apparently chipped the quartz kitchen counter in two pieces and didn't say anything about it. They didn't cover the stone in the rain while transporting it, so it had water damage on it. We contacted the office about the installation issues. It took a month of wrangling to get through to a resolution, which left us feeling hanging. Regrettably, we had already paid in full. Eventually, they sent someone to fix the counter top chips, and credited us for the mismatched saddles. They refused to address the inclined windowsill, saying that this is not something they would fix. Now we're stuck with fixing the job on our own.
