"We received the initial call on 8-31-15 at 11:27am. We made the appointment to come out on 9-1-15 which we did. We were at this location for 2 hours. We obviously spent more than 5 minutes looking at this AC system. After work was completed the customer's wife looked at the job and signed the work ticket, which means there was no issues with this job. If for any reason she was in question or she felt the thermostat was not installed properly, we would have never left without rectifying the problem. We have NEVER received an additional call from this customer stating this issue. We have a computerized call center that prints out daily reports of every call received. We went through every report from 8-31-15 to present and this gentleman only called us ONCE, which was his initial call. When this gentleman did come home and noticed the job wasn't done to his satisfaction or that there was an issue why wouldn't he have called back, and given us the opportunity to go back to his home at no charge to fix the problem? Instead he chooses to write a review 4 months after the fact? Not to mention we also gave this customer a 10% off senior discount, to save him some money. Given the amount of time spent and the new thermostat installed, this price was fair. I do not understand why if a thermostat was hanging off a wall a customer would approve this job, and sign off on a work ticket? Our service technician is a highly skilled and trained professional who would not do such work and conducts himself in a professional manner and is kind and courteous to all customers. He would have had no problem resolving this if was told to do so and our company would have been more than happy to go back and fix the issue. It is not fair to write such a review when this issue was never even presented to us to give us the opportunity to make matters right."
