They gave me an estimate over the phone, got the required permits quickly, and arranged a service call promptly. The guys came and removed the oil, removed the tank and all the pipes, didn't make a mess, got it done relatively quickly, and were very professional. I was impressed. I doubt I'll need them again, but would recommend without reservation. They really seem to care enough to do a good job.
