The whole process was seamless end to end. As he made the repairs he advised us of where the issue started, what he was doing to correct etc. He kept us in the loop the entire time. The repair required reaching out for additional support, and he kept moving forward till he received the answer that he needed. And when we experienced a speed bump the next day he was immediately accessible via phone to walk us through the few steps needed to get back on track without waiting for another service call. We couldn't be more pleased.

They were great and on time. This past winter we had about 28.5 inches of snow. All of a sudden, my heat stopped and there was no way anyone was going to get to the house. I texted them and they got back to me right away. He reminded me that the newer system that they installed had a heating component, that I could have used.

Nicky provided the landlord with an exact diagnosis of the problem.The issue was a problem between the landlord and the tenant and not the contractor.

Nick and his team were very courteous, professional and thorough.  My energy audit was an eye-opening experience.  Not only did I have a gas leak that I was unaware of, but my newly renovated and insulated home was bleeding heat. Windows molding were not properly caulked and the insulation added to the basement and attic by my remodeling contractor was grossly insufficient.  I knew I had drafts in my house, but could not understand why because I saw the crew adding insulation to my home.  What I know now is that standard contractors are not qualified to do this kind of work... certainly not to the degree necessary to "seal" your home.  When Nick did the blow door test, it felt like a hurricane in my home.  The attic and basement were the worst... and to think these areas were finished!  Nick and his crew painstakingly caulked every single window in my house and managed to caulk in incredibly hard to reach places.  He came up with a plan to insulate various other areas of my house and to the extent the plan did not suit my needs (a suggestion to close off a crawl space, for example, that I preferred to maintain open for storage purposes) Nick came up with alternatives to accommodate my wishes.  Also, when I noticed that an item was not completed  that we discussed (change of HVAC air filters) Nick noted that this item was not on the itemized service list but went ahead and changed them at no cost to me.  Finally, they were clean, covering my floors with a those heavy paint spreads that I think the guys use when painting and wearing booties over their boots. 

As an FYI... the blow door test upon completion was like night and day... no more hurricane... not even a breeze.  :-)

Unit wasn't turning on occasionally. removed burner cover and cleand out, cleaned electrodes and reassembled.

Nick came promptly & gave me a free estimate & then followed up with papers needed for NJ state. He was fantastic @ paperwork and all of his employees were great.

They did an energy test on my house. They charged me $350 for the energy test. I felt that in the end, it was almost worth the money. I think they were a bait and switch company. They did all the tests of my house and they offered to get me rebates from the state. I wasn't too happy with the way they did their service. I did think the serve was okay, but overpriced. Their goal, I think, was to sell insulation.

We were quite happy with their work. They seemed to be competent. We did the work from an energy audit recommendation. They seemed to have done a good job and it has made a big difference in our heating bills.

Their service was good. I think they do a good job and know what they are doing. They are responsive.

They were excellent. They are really good with helping you find ways to make your home more environmentally safe. They were very friendly. If you call them, you get a call right back. Everything was done in a timely manner. He helped us get rebates. I would highly recommend this company.
