My cell phone was dropping calls, and I took it in for help.  Since I had insurance on the device, they simply had a replacement shipped to my house and provided a box to return my old phone.  It was free and painless.

They have some big issues but when it comes to cellphones, I think they're the best in my area. When I had them, I had no issues. Their pricing is too steep. Their reception to my area is an "A." As far as responsiveness if I call them for an issue, they would respond very quickly. But when I called them for a wireless, internet, cable and phone. They gave me thirty days to see how it would work out. During the thirty days, I was having issues with cable reception and my internet. I called them and told them that I wanted to make sure about the rate. It should be ninety something dollars per month. I don't want to be billed with another issues. My reception was not good and I called them. They transferred me to another department and the call would either be dropped. I would be transferred three or four times within the company before I got somebody who can respond to my problem. They merged my billing with the internet. I'm billed by the cell company and I'll be billed by another company because they included my cell's monthly charge in their bill. It was confusing. They promised everything but nothing came about.

THERE WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE WORKERS. SOME OF THE WORKERS WERE NOT VERY WELL TRAINED BECAUSE THEY DID SOME WIRING WRONG, BUT THEY CAUGHT IT AND FIXED EVERYTHING RIGHT AWAY.
