I cannot say enough about the service I received with Top Vine Mortgage Services. Vincent was fantastic to deal with!! He was EXTREMELY responsive to emails - to the point of answering on a Friday night or over the weekend. I closed my mortgage in under a month. I had previously been working with another bank and Top Vine did in a few weeks what TD didn't do in 4 months (they said the issue was volume). I got a significantly better rate with NO points (at TD the rate was higher WITH points)
