Watch Repair
I dropped the watch off over 2 months ago. They said they would call me in 2 weeks with a cost. I did not hear anything so I called them about a month after dropping off it off. It took them a while to even locate my information but they finally did. They then said it would be $79.00 to replace the crystal and if that was okay they would now send it out and it would be another 2-3 weeks until it was ready. They just call yesterday to tell me it was ready for pick up.

Carpet Cleaning
They made the rug floppy. We had wall to wall carpeting that buckled. They would not honor it. They were nasty, they absolutely denied doing it. Our carpet was relatively new. They created the water damage and did not get the stains out in other areas. We were not happy with them.
