I've been using them for years. When you get something from them, you get the protection. A couple of times where something would happen to my appliances or whatever and it was covered. It was a 4-year, 10-year or whatever. If you pay for the protection, they're there and they honor it.

Two installers came from PC Richard.
The one installer used a large reciprocating saw and cut through two power lines supplying power to the outlets, and outside GFI outlets. He was going to try and repair the cut wires and use a technique that was in violation of current electrical construction codes.  He blamed me telling me I told him there were no wires in the wall. He cut the opening right next to a light switch so of course, there were electrical wires in the vicinity. He never used a Circuit and Wire Tracer and instead of using a small jig saw with a three inch blade opted to use a large 18" saw which made it virtually assured that he would hit a power wire
I had to call an electrician on an emergency basis and pay $200.00 to correct the mistake. The electrician cut small holes using a vibrating cutter and small jig saw which was a more logical way to cut.
The other air conditioner I purchased was mounted crooked by the other installer who never used a Bubble Balance tool to check if the air conditioner was horizontally straight.
I have been a long time customer of PC Richards and will no longer buy anything there nor use their service personnel who follow downright dangerous practices during the installation procedure. They made it seem like their  cutting of power wires was my fault and through their kindness, they would repair the cut wires using their own non-licensed electrician who was ready to bury the re-connected wires inside the wall which is a violation of New Jersey Building and Electrical Codes.

The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He worked with us to offer a deal and give us a volume discount. The appliances arrived the next day and was installed quickly.

All their prices matched all the prices that I got of the interent. They had to make three different deliveries to get everything dropped of. I had three different companies come and try to install the exhaust hood.

PC Richards had good sales. When they are running a special, they are hard to beat I will tell you that. I think they are pretty good over there. I only buy things on sale because I have to prioritize with my expenses.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH PC'S WORK AND PERFORMANCE. THE TEAM CAME WITH WARM SMILING FACES. THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD APPLIANCES AND PUT IN THE NEW. I WAS PLEASED.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIRS MADE TO MY DISHWASHER. THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANED THE WORK AREA UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE.

I DON'T THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET TO ME TO EVEN DO THE JOB AND WHEN THEY DID GET THERE THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT. MY WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. I WASN'T TO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

OUR TELEVISION STOPPED WORKING AND NEEDED TO BE FIXED. WE THOUGHT THE TELEVISION WAS PRETTY MUCH GONE. WE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT THE SAME DAY. I WAS SURPRISED AND ALSO WENT TO THEIR LOCATION AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE.

I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WORKER THAT CAME AND FIXED MY ICE MAKER ON MY REFRIGERATOR, MY ENGLISH ISN'T THAT GOOD. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO TO FIX MY ICE MAKER AND REPAIR THE FAN.

THEY ARE A GREAT AND RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THEY PROVIDE TERRIFIC SERVICES AND I HAVE A CONTRACT THAT HAS DEFINITELY CAME IN HANDY. THE FREEZER WORKS GREAT AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.

THE COMPANY WAS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY RUDE. HOWEVER, THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PROMPT. THE REPAIRMAN KNEW A LOT ABOUT MY STOVE.
