 + -1 moreHome Depot in Watchung NJ promised delivery Sunday, and promised a call 30 minutes before. No call, no delivery. Spent two hours on the phone Monday after which I was promised delivery that day. No call, no delivery. Automated phone service says delivery was attempted at least once. Not true, I was home the entire time. Online, status is undelivered but still lists last Sunday as delivery date. Investigating further, they apparently used Roadie, a delivery service. Their status indicates that the order may have been rerouted to the Union NJ store, but says Gig Cancelled. Messaged Home Depot via Facebook Tuesday, no response. I understand that in the current climate they may be swamped. But their bush-league, uncoordinated, inaccurate communications indicate a fundamental lack of commitment to their customers.
