Not sure.  The installer promised to call me back to try & up the installation date.  Have not heard from them as of yet. 6/24/15 The installer called me to move up the installation to 7/1/15. Not ideal, but progress and shows an effort is being made.

The guy did a good job measuring it and the estimate had the correct
square footage but by the time we got it a week and a half  later they were
telling us that we needed to install subflooring and the total cost was
astronomical. We went with a local business that came out and did a free
estimate which they gave to us on the spot. They installed hardwoods
with no subfloor and they have been fine for a year now with absolutely
no bowing or buckling.

Quality of cabinets are very good.  Design services were very helpful we did multiple iterations of our plans.  Counter installation was on time and done well.  Price was very reasonable.

However, they sold me something that turned out to be the wrong thing. They were wrong in recommending the wrong one. My handyman and the manufacturer told me that it was the wrong one. They did pick it up and credit me for the price but they did not cover the shipping costs which were about $60. They did give a store certificate that made up for part of it.

The sale rep showed up on time and went through all the options in detail.  I was happy to hear that cabinets could be added or moved as needed.
Next a contractor showed up on time to measure the kitchen and review what needed to be done.  He had some great ideas on adding a cabinet, changing some molding and changing out some of the doors.  His suggestions really improved how the final result looked and did not add to the cost.
When the installer did show up a little late but when right to work.  He stayed late every day and managed to finish the job 2 days early which I was great for me.  Near the end of the project he did make a mistake, damaging a piece of glass for a cabinet door.  i probably would have never noticed but he pointed out the mistake and came back later to repair to replace the glass.  I could not ask for anything more from him.
The home depot itself called the day work started and when the job was complete.  When the installer was late they tracked him down for me to see what was going on.  They did their job well.

Overall, everything went well. They are very good about following up, but I do suggest that you’re very careful that you received everything listed on your itemized bill. Also, be sure that you’ve received all parts necessary for installation.

Many of the staff at this store are incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly -- when you can find them. My requests for information about the heating mats was met with many blank stares. I eventually was able to find someone who was very nice and helped me make the purchase, but I definitely can't count on this store for any advice or suggestions in the future. The mats were delivered in about a week, which was good.

This took longer to install than we thought it should have. They were here until 9:30 p.m. This was rather inconvenient and would have been nice to have known this in advance. Other than that we were satisfied with the carpet. I use Home Depot for many things and they have good prices. I don't remember what the price was for this.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT WAS VERY NICE. THE CAME OUT ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB IN THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR INSTALLATION.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS ON TIME, AND HAVE VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE. THEY LEFT NO MESSES WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAD ALREADY RIPPED UP THE OLD CARPETING FOR THEM SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO BUT LAY THE NEW CARPET. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, ATTITUDE, AND PROFESSIONALISM.

THIS COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON TIME THE DAY WE HAD DECIDED ON. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE OR REMOVE OLD CARPET. THEY WERE DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
