From the moment that I contacted Mr. James McConnell, he was extremely helpful and very nice. I needed to find out exactly where the septic tank lid was so then he could come to the house and pump it. I didn't know exactly where it would be so he gave me his email so I can show him the layout. He emailed me back very quickly with some information and the next day I dug out the hole. We scheduled an appointment for today at 10:30 AM. and Mr. McConnell had arrived a little earlier and was able to complete the job without any type of headache. The pricing was extremely reasonable and he was a very good guy to work with. I would definitely recommend him and I will be calling him for all future projects. Couldn't have been more pleased. Very professional and does good work.
