Estimate was on time and detailed. Each team of men were polite and punctual. Each crew was very professional and paid great attention to detail in their work, along with suggestions to make the job more to my liking and satisfaction. Description of Work: Needed to repair my daughter's bedroom window which was not closing right vs. replacing it. Unfortunately, I did not see that a piece of the control arm was jammed into/under the sill or I could have easily have repaired it myself vs. paying $230.00 for a very simple fix. I found the price of the repair to be on the high side. My wife said that the fellow, Don was very nice and spoke to her a while about different windows so in the long run, it turned out okay.
