They are just incredible. I'm going to buy a third car off of them. I just really enjoyed working with the dealership. They are really helpful. It was a really good car buying experience. The head of sales is Lou Ireland. I just walked in one day, shook his hands and loved dealing with him. He is super trustworthy. It feels like he is our advocate. There is no pressure. He puts the numbers together. He doesn’t try to force the close. He is there whenever we call him. He is just very accommodating and a great facilitator. I don’t need to be sold; I need to get what I want. The service center is impeccable. They tell us 7:30 AM. We are there at 7:30 AM and we are taken right in. The scheduling and service is great. They are knowledgeable and super friendly. They have good follow up on the phone call and good follow up through electronic surveys. They are always looking to improve their service and communication. I think I'm up to 39 cars in my life. These last two have just been the best experience I've ever had buying.
