Pat came out in July and gave us a bid for the work. I had three other masons who came out as well. Pat's bid was not the cheapest but from my past experiences I felt that he was going to do the best job. There were some bids that came in without the footings and or the demolition. I felt that he knew his craft well and that he was going to give me what we wanted and he was going to do it correctly. He put me on the calendar came out when he said he would, worked from 8:30 - 3:30 everyday and on Saturday. He worked with one helper, Milt, who was a nice young man and a very good worker. Patrick completed a very big job in five days. His professionalism, skills and knowledge are outstanding. Also, he is excellent when helping out with design suggestions. I truly can't say enough good things about Patrick and Milt. We are very happy with our new front steps and would like to hire him for new steps in the rear of the house. Hopefully very soon.

Steve returned my voice mail within the same day and came that day also to survey the job. Steve had a propasal emailed to me that night with a competitive quotation. I selected another service but Panfetti was 2nd in the running and will be called for consideration in the future.

I contacted him because he was advertising he had done work for the neighbors on my road. I didn’t speak to my neighbors, but figured I could follow up with them if I was going to use him. He came back with a stucco person, but wanted to use the materials to make my house look like it was aluminum sided. He said Tudors are good in England, but not New Jersey based on our temperatures. We decided not to use him.
