siding, replacement windows
+ 0 moreWe hired Justin to put in new construction windows and fiber cement siding. Materials were custom, so we paid him up front. We gave him an additional 4,000 for start work which was tearing off old siding and tyvek installation. After a few weeks he told us ordered half of our windows in the wrong size and apologized up and down....they were too small. We had a couple of conversations after that day, but he basically has disappeared - we haven't seen him since. Nor have the local supply companies. They were given 1/2 payment for order placement and are sitting on materials with their second half due. It's a mess and everyone is amazed and upset. We are going to have to buy everything again and find someone new.
Description of Work: Not much! Tearing down old siding on 3 sides and putting up TYVEK.
