Very pleased with Scott from Villa Nova. He guided the loan application and approval process, which was such a big help in a time when we had so many things to take care of. He got us a terrific rate, including an unexpected surprise of being able to lower it mid-stream, which will save us money for years to come. Finally, he really helped in the last day, when there were miscommunications and problems between the bank and the lawyer. He brought both parties together to make sure everything got finished as needed.
Description of Work: Mortgage broker: found us a loan, dealt with most of the bank paperwork, and made sure we got approved, also worked during closing to help the bank & lawyer finalize the paperwork
